Description: This course will explore the reasons for a new set of skills, aptitudes, knowledge and experiences necessary for a dramatically changing world. Contemporary models of global competency will be examined and discussed. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to take a web-based global competence assessment that has been developed by Dr. Latib and his colleagues. Those who take the assessment will also receive a repository of resources to develop global competence.Who should attend: Anyone who thinks about expanding his carreer options by studying at the MBA level from some of the best known figures in US education and business fields.
